We unfortunately had to put our dog down this week, but prior to that Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing with getting our dog in when we needed to, giving us advice and answering all of our questions. We had to take our pup offsite for his ultrasound and the office they referred us to was great as well. Then when the time came that we had to make a sad decision Dr. Lee and staff were once again super thoughtful, caring, and answered all of our questions and explained everything. It was hard to leave our lil guy there after putting him down but Dr. Lee assured us they would take good care of him and we really felt comfortable that they would. And I feel with the calls, card and cremation that shows that they def did. Thank you To your office and Dr. Lee! my only suggestion would be to make the time spent in the office room prior to the actual doctor coming in a little shorter as chance got very anxious while waiting and it made us feel bad for him but Dr. Lee got him calm and happy prior to administering everything.
I honestly couldn't imagine wanting to come back to this vet. For a place to bring your little loved one when they're sick, they sure have a doctors who are very judgemental! The nurse was kind and I appreciated that, but i felt like I got a doctor who didn't feel the need to give us a warm welcome. We were not greeted. He just walks in, sighs, doesn't give us his name and immediately criticizes us. I felt racially profiled and extremely uncomfortable for me and I'm sure my beloved was not very comfortable either. I hope they don't treat others this way. I hope they do read this so that they know it wasn't right to be disrespectful and rude. I would rather go out of my way to give my baby the care and respect she deserves.
My wife and I had the unfortunate task of having to put down our cat Shelby this week and we brought her here. The staff couldn't have been more sympathetic to Shelby or the 2 blubbering humans that came in with her that morning. Dr. Faulls and her assistant Jim were so caring. When we get our next pets, we will only bring them to Chews Landing. They made it much easier than it could have been. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
Had an emergency with little kitty King (now Max). The took him right away. Nice staff and doctor.
All my dogs have been patients. Dr. Rubincam has been amazing with my dog Zeb who suffers from bad allergies. He has gone less expensive routes that have worked great to help my bank account. He always takes time to explain things to me. The girls in the office are great too. They don't even mind when my dog (100 lbs.) jumps on their counter to say hello. He actually likes going to the vet. They give him lots of attention!!!
